Paul is the Director of Business Transformation for Habanero and has been with the company since the beginning. He has been a full-time Lean Systems Thinking Consultant for 10 years delivering fast, effective and sustainable change in the engineering, manufacturing and public sectors.

Paul’s specialty is designing and delivering bespoke approaches to individual client needs, using a wide and proven array of disciplines and techniques. “No two problems are ever the same so why would the solutions be?”
