Ralph has been a Principal Consultant at Habanero for the past two years.

Before that he worked in operational leadership in the public and private sectors, both in the UK and around the globe.

He says: “Having seen a lot of change initiatives throughout my career I know that true transformational change can be hard to achieve.  This is because leaders and frontline staff all need to feel they are ‘masters of their own destiny’ and are not having a solution imposed on them.  We have designed our method to help everyone contribute to the solution so they own it for themselves.”

Ralph builds strong, long-term relationships with his clients based on trust.  This enables him to help leaders challenge the current way they work and dramatically improve the organisation’s performance.

Ralph is particularly passionate about helping leaders and frontline teams create a strong sense of purpose based on what matters to customers.

He says: “Having a really clear sense of why the organisation exists from the customers’ perspective provides a ‘compass bearing’ for sound decision making. If the decision will help customers get what they need better or faster then it’s probably a good decision!”
