Is a Director and a joint founder of Habanero. Steve has been a change consultant for the past eight years. Before that he was a senior programme manager for high profile companies including Cap Gemini, B&Q and British Aerospace. Steve has considerable experience of working at all levels of organisations, helping them to solve complex issues, and is particularly experienced working with Directors and Senior Managers.

Steve says of setting up Habanero: “At Habanero we all share a very strong belief in how to help our clients deliver better outcomes for their customers. This is by helping them to understand their organisation as a customer experiences it, then designing an organisation that is most capable of delivering, with the minimum of unnecessary cost, what matters to their customer. It sounds simple but most organisations are not designed in this way.

“I am immensely proud of the results we have achieved for our clients, often helping them to solve problems and realise improvements that are significantly beyond anything they have achieved before.

“I have a real passion to see people learn and grow. The biggest kick that I get out of doing this work is seeing our clients develop new skills that mean that they can sustain the changes that we help them to make.”
