By helping our client community deliver outstanding results as a result of working with Habanero! The underpinning principles that guide our work and the methods we have developed and applied have been honed and refined over many years through successful interactions with clients. We believe that we increase our own market share through delighting our customers. Principles: The first principle of how we work is by listening and seeking to understand the problems our clients are facing. And from there, use a participative approach to designing how we help clients find sustainable solutions and improvement.

We ‘contract’ to ensure clarity of outcomes from our work with clients and use this as the basis to engage in a risk /reward relationship. We believe in the effectiveness of our approach to the extent where we are prepared to share the risk with the client.

We work with leaders individually and in leadership groupings across organisational functions – following the customer’s journey through the organisation or organisations. We have time in the classroom but mainly in the workplace leading their people to change the work design to result in the transformed performance of the organisation.

We will work with individual leaders if the problems or opportunities exist at a single level within the organisation or at the level of the entire organisation or across organisational boundaries.
